Lacrosse, a fast-paced and exhilarating sport, traces its origins to Indigenous peoples in North America, where it held cultural and spiritual significance. Evolving from its traditional roots, modern lacrosse has become a dynamic field sport with a passionate global following. Played with a small, rubber ball and long-handled sticks with a netted pocket, the game involves skilful manoeuvring, precise passing, and accurate shooting to score goals.

Playing lacrosse also demands a high level of mental focus and discipline. The fast-paced nature of the game requires players to think on their feet, make split-second decisions, and adapt to rapidly changing situations. As athletes navigate the complexities of the game, they develop mental agility, strategic thinking, and resilience.
