RAF Golf

As a registered charity, the aim of the RAF Golf Association (RAFGA) is to promote golf throughout the RAF and encourage physical and mental health. Golf builds individual resilience within a team, focused towards a common goal – these are exactly the skills and personal characteristics today’s RAF hone while service personnel are on deployed operations across the world.

The RAFGA currently holds 13 competitions for its members throughout the golfing season. These consist of the following: Stroke Play Championships*, Match Play Championships*, Handicap Championship*, 4x Individual Opens*, 3x Pairs Opens**, 2x Team Opens** and Inter-Station Championship*

* Competition open to currently-serving RAFGA members. ** Competition open to all RAFGA members, serving and ex-serving.

Membership of the RAFGA, at £20/year, entitles you to enter RAFGA competitions, provides 3rd Party Liability Golf Insurance, Hole-in-One cover and Coaching opportunities.
