Kick start your 2022 fitness regime with our New Year offers.
There’s a good chance that many of you will have set a New Year’s resolution to improve your fitness and do more exercise. At the RAF Central Fund, we’re here to help through our partnerships and discount offers as well as our virtual physical challenges for serving personnel.
There’s something for everyone regardless of your current level of fitness or ability:
LOOKING FOR A CHALLENGE?
Then why not sign up to one of two virtual challenges currently running? What’s more there’s a medal for all participants and the challenges act as fundraisers for our charity.
Atlantic Flyers Challenge – Join your Station team and help them virtually race against other Stations in this 3,000 mile virtual rowing challenge. Rowing machines are a great piece of workout equipment for all round fitness.
Cosford 100 Challenge – Back for another year this popular challenge is open to everyone regardless of where you are based. Can you run, bike, swim or walk 100km in 30 days?
STRENGTH, STRETCH & MEDITATION – FREE CLASSES!
Are you rehabbing or is going to the gym not your thing? Then why not take advantage of our free yoga and wellbeing classes some of which you can do at your desk to re-centre during a break from work.
Free FitSwarm Strength & Stretch Classes – classes begin 17 January.
